I am so very excited to be apart of the library here at FRE and share all the magic of books with this community.

A little about myself, I'm a mama to the funniest little sixth grader and we spent lots of time traveling, camping, and reading in the great outdoors as well. I graduated from Lonestar with an Associates in Liberal Arts, again with Associates in Teaching while teaching preschool and coaching competitive cheer for 3 years. I finished my undergrad from University of Houston-Downtown with a BS- Interdisciplinary Studies. Before moving on over to FRE, I was with Harris County Public Library for 4 years serving the county's literacy needs. My first two years were spent at Barbara Bush Library and then I was selected as an Mobile Outreach Librarian where I did just a little bit of everything for all 26 libraries in Harris County. 

My school librarian was always my favorite person and I am excited that I get to fill that role now! So looking forward to having your child in the library this 2024-2025 school year!
